I made this a couple of months back for my parents' anniversary. They've been married now for 46 years! ::woot woot!:: When they got married in 1967, they were given a cross stitch with their names and wedding date; it still hangs in their master bath area. I thought I'd give them a 2013 twist on personalized anniversary mementos by making a string art piece with their initials: A & E. From this project I learned that (1) I need to practice hammering nails at a 90-degree angle and (2) holding a hammer is very empowering.

Yay love! :)

When I think "wreath," I usually think "holidays." We are still months away from Christmas, but I've been wanting to try this project for a while now so I decided to make an all-occasion wreath instead. It's super easy, and you only need a few supplies and a couple of episodes of 'Chopped'. :)
